Jeremiah 17 begins with a strong rebuke, as God confronts Israel for their idolatry and misplaced trust. Their choices have led to painful consequences, yet in the midst of this, Jeremiah offers a powerful reminder: "But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him." — Jeremiah 17:7 (NIV) Even in a world filled with uncertainty and sin, those who trust in God are described as deeply rooted trees, always nourished, fearless in trials, and continually bearing fruit (Jeremiah 17:8). This passage challenges us to examine where we place our confidence. If our trust is in the Lord, we are truly blessed. Even in the hardest seasons, we can stand firm, knowing that God sustains and strengthens us. Today, choose to trust Him, and experience the peace and fruitfulness that come with a life rooted in Him. Good morning to y'all 🤗
