Our developers are focusing on system optimization, improvements and bug fixes this week. There are some important bugs which will be fixed in this week's update. Here comes the changelog, let's get started!

How to upgrade to MIUI 13/MIUI 14

• Please back up your data and apps before upgrading to MIUI 13 / MIUI 14.
• Please go to the Updater app and check for updates (or download Recovery ROM).
• If your device is bootloader locked, please unlock it before fastboot flashing. See Detailed Guide to Unlock Bootloader and Flash MIUI Stable/Beta ROM!

System update information 

• 14.0.1.0.TLDEUXM (beta) is now rolling out to Xiaomi 12X.
• 14.0.1.0.SKGMIXM (beta) is now rolling out to Redmi Note 10.
• 14.0.3.0.TLIRUXM (beta) and 14.0.3.0.TLIIDXM (beta) are now rolling out to Xiaomi 12 Lite.
• 14.0.2.0.TLQEUXM (beta) is now rolling out to Xiaomi 12T.
• 14.0.5.0.TKIEUXM (beta) is now rolling out to Mi 11 Lite 5G.
• 14.0.5.0.TLBMIXM (staged rollout) is now rolling out to Xiaomi 12 Pro.
• 14.0.2.0.TLCMIXM (staged rollout) and 14.0.5.0.TLCEUXM (staged rollout) are now rolling out to Xiaomi 12.
• 14.0.3.0.TLIMIXM (staged rollout) is now rolling out to Xiaomi 12 Lite.
• 14.0.2.0.TKTMIXM (staged rollout) is now rolling out to Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G.
• 14.0.2.0.TKOMIXM (staged rollout) and 14.0.4.0.TKOEUXM (staged rollout) are now rolling out to Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE.
• 14.0.3.0.TKWMIXM (staged rollout) is now rolling out to Xiaomi 11T.
• 14.0.7.0.TLBEUXM (completed) is now available to download on Xiaomi 12 Pro.
• 14.0.5.0.TLIEUXM (completed) is now available to download on Xiaomi 12 Lite.
• Xiaomi 11T Pro 14.0.3.0(TKDEUXM) version has been suspended due to system error.
• Redmi 10 13.0.5.0(SKUEUXM) version has been suspended due to system error.

Known issues

• Cannot boot into system (Mexico) (Redmi 10)
• Device randomly freezes (Xiaomi 11T Pro)
• P-sensor is not working (Xiaomi 11T Pro)
• After listening to WhatsApp voice calls, the screen cannot be turned on (Xiaomi 11T Pro)
• Apps FC / no response (Redmi Note 12 5G)
• Cannot register to 5G (Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G)

• Fix - Storage space is not enough when downloading update (Xiaomi 11i, Redmi Note 12 5G)
• Fix - System lag / hang when playing games (Xiaomi 12)

• Fix - Cannot unlock via fingerprint (Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G)

• Fix - Device randomly freezes / turns off (Redmi 9)

System

• Stable MIUI based on Android 13*
• Your device will be upgraded to the new version of Android. Don't forget to back up all important items before upgrading. The update process might take longer than usual. Expect overheating and other performance issues after you update - it might take some time for your device to adapt to the new version. Remember that some third-party apps aren't yet compatible with Android 13 and you might not be able to use them normally. Thanks for your continued support.*
• Updated Android Security Patch to November/December 2022/January 2023. Increased system security.

More features and improvements

• New: Apps can be opened as floating windows directly from the sidebar
• Optimization: Mind map nodes are more convenient and intuitive now
• Optimization: Enhanced accessibility support for Phone, Clock, and Weather
• Search in Settings is now more advanced. With search history and categories in results, everything looks much crisper now.*
