As HyperOS continue to develop and grow larger, some problems might arise that affect how smoothly and functionally the phone works on a daily basis. Because of this, Xiaomi Testers and Fans are working very hard to identify and report any faults, ensuring that the developers can release updates with solutions as soon as possible. We want to share with all of you Xiaomi enthusiasts the most frequent problems with the HyperOS in this new thread series. Without spending any more of your time, let's begin with the detailed issue information.

1. Issue: Random reboot

2. Issue: Battery drain when using the device
Affected Devices: POCO M6, Redmi 13

Status: Analyzing.

3. Issue: Launcher isn't responding/FC ("Safe Mode is activated" popup appears)
Affected Devices: Redmi 13C/POCO C65
Affected Version: OS2.0.2.0.VGPMIXM
Status: Analyzing.

4. Issue: AI Services title display
Affected Devices: Xiaomi 14T Pro
Affected Version: OS2.0.1.0.VNNIDXM
Status: Working on it.

5. Issue: Animation on the home screen slows, and the control center freezes (hangs, lags).
Affected Devices: Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G

6. Issue: Can't apply themes
Affected Devices: All Devices
Status: Under analysis.
